Nicole Opie has held senior executive positions in the public sector where she has successfully led high-value, high-risk infrastructure projects and programs. With a strong focus on collaboration and innovation, Nicole continuously seeks opportunities for improvement and growth. Her expertise spans the full spectrum of project and program lifecycles, including business operations, property transactions, and the management of construction and service contracts across the private, not-for-profit, and public sectors. Nicole's risk-based approach drives effective cross-sector engagement, delivering value-for-money outcomes while optimising capital and resource efficiency.

Our People - Natalie
Natalie Opie has over 30 years of experience in private and public sector complex project planning, delivery and commissioning specialising in high value high risk project assurance and collaborative contracting. She has held executive-level positions leading the development of innovative procurement transformation and delivery models, predominately in the transport, water, courts and housing sectors. She has the ability to navigate complex political environments, including business operations and procurement (construction and general). Natalie is recognised for significantly contributing to improving national Alliance Contracting practices.
